This past weekend, my parent's town hosted an appreciation event for the residents. Firetrucks, cool cars, and free food...doesn't that have Joshua's name written all over it?!?!?!

Great-Grandpa Rahe and Joshua are truck and tractor buddies. Joshua affectionately calls him, "Tractor Grandpa".

Enjoying the fun with Aunt Megan, who is adored by Joshua. When he woke up from his nap, and she was gone, he was so sad he started crying. Again, is that not the cutest thing?!

Memorial Weekend in Flag

We headed to Flagstaff for Memorial Weekend. The weather was beautiful, the surroundings were peaceful, and the awesome company capped off a great time! It was a much-needed break for our fam as we continue to navigate the house-selling world. Some of the fun things we did included: lots and lots of train watching, an arts and crafts festival at the downtown park, golf, disc golf, swimming, walks, and good food! As you can see, I think swimming was the highlight of the trip for the kids...

Crazy Times

You have probably noticed the word, "crazy", used in a few posts lately. That pretty much sums up these past few weeks as we have been prepping our house to sell. 

We've been on the market for a few days, and have even had a couple of showings. Keeping a clean house with two mess-making machines is work! I'm sure the kids are as eager to sell this house as we are. Please join us in praying for more showings, and an offer to be made soon. We would all like to return to "normal life" as soon as possible ;0)

Oh, and for those wondering, we aren't moving very far. The plan, Lord willing, is to find a slightly larger home in nearby Rio Rancho. Though we don't know exactly what that looks like yet, we do know that our mighty God will bless us with the perfect place for our family!
