Movin' On Up

Makayla is doing better sitting up on her own, so we tried out the bath seat in the tub. She had fun splashing her feet around, and chewing on Mr. Super-Duckie! She loves the water just like Brother and Daddy. I've got a family of fishes : )

Mega Blocks

Joshua is very much into blocks these days. He loves to stack them, and then cause total destruction by knocking them over. We pulled out his Mega Blocks, and he played with them for maybe five minutes. Andrew, on the other hand, enjoyed re-living his Lego days...

Banana "Ice Cream"

I made some banana "ice cream" today, and the kids gave it a big thumbs up! Though it doesn't contain any sugar or milk, it tastes pretty close to ice cream. All you do is take frozen bananas, throw them in the food processor, and pulverize them until they are the consistency of ice cream (that's it!). I added some peaches to Joshua's, and he went to town. This was the best Makayla has ever eaten solid foods. A great treat on a warm day!

Swingin'

Makayla had a lot of fun swingin' at the park for the first time. My first attempts at pictures were all dark because I had her facing away from the sun. I turned her around for a few pictures, and of course all I got was closed eyes. Oh well, she's still the cutest even when her baby blues are closed.
